Payment Terms And Method

Please read carefully. Contact us if you are uncertain about anything. 

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of your convention cost must be paid by 27 December

2023. Your room is automatically cancelled if this deposit is not received by this date. The balance must be paid by 23 February 2024.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee is charged.

In other words: Any cancellation date before 2024/02/16.

 

If a booking is cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival date 50 % of the total price is lost.

In other words: If your cancellation date is between 2024/02/16 and 2024/03/18 you lose 50% of the total price.

 

If a booking is cancelled 29 and 14 days prior to the arrival date 75 % of the total price is lost. 

In other words: If your cancellation date is between 2024/03/19 and 2024/04/03 you lose 75% of the total price.

 

If you cancel 13 days and less prior to the event of the Convention, everything is lost.

 

Payment Method:

All payments must be done on receipt of invoice. See invoice example on the link. Once payment has been done, please send the proof of payment to elca.assembly@gmail.com
